At Igloo, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Igloo mailer and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
